Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide a broad range of support across the unit. The role includes calendar management, data preparation, and creating presentations to inform leadership decisions.

You will assist staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure smooth operations while handling routine clerical tasks and liaising with internal and external contacts. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years secretarial/administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, and Microsoft Windows/Office applications
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Preferred Associate's Degree
  • Supervisory experience

Responsibilities
