Responsibilities

  • Works with local teams to ensure individuals have timely access to spending money or other funds.
  • Monitors resident funds balances to ensure asset limits are not exceeded.
  • Enters payers and authorizations accurately in Revenue Cycle system.
  • Collects and determines resident liability per state guidelines.
  • Reviews outstanding Accounts Receivable balances monthly.
  • Participates in required meetings and performs other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for:Administrative CoordinatorType:RegularIf you are a positive and personable individual looking for a satisfying and fun opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges, join our team at RHA Health Services!The Resident Funds Coordinator works closely with local operations and business office staff as part of the corporate Finance team to ensure client funds are managed properly.Job Responsibilities:Works in tandem with local teams to ensure individuals have timely access to spending money or other funds for personal needs.Monitors resident funds balances to ensure individuals do not exceed asset limits, if applicable.Ensures thorough and accurate entry of payers and authorizations in the Revenue Cycle system.Collects and determines resident liability based on state and/or other guidelines.Reviews outstanding Accounts Receivable balances for cost of care/client liability monthly.Participates in meetings as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Able to work independently and stay on taskOrganized, accurate & detail-orientedAbility to manage time, make decisions, and solve problemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams and other computer-related skillsAbility to learn various software applicationsPre-employment screening:Complete criminal backgroundName checked in the registries.
