General Accountabilities

  • Receives and records incoming payroll documentation.
  • Prepares all monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks and calculation. Familiar with payroll platform such as ADP.
  • Familiar with QuickBooks desktop and be able to process checks from QuickBooks.
  • Familiar with paperless working environment.
  • Clarifies or researches issues as necessary. Able to effectively communicate professionally with any of the business clients
  • Manages assigned book of business
  • Corresponds and assists with assigned client needs
  • Manage email blast and some duties of office administration

  • Proficient in excel and other Microsoft office programs
  • Excellent multi-tasking and good time management
  • Articulate communicator in both verbal and written

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as administrator/ bookkeeper or in similar role and minimum of one-year experience
  • If candidate has associate degree, candidate will be considered with prior industry experiences
