Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in the United States is seeking a receptionist-level administrator to support a department head, answer phones, greet guests, and perform routine reporting with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of related experience. You will help maintain office organization, follow company policies, and assist with various administrative tasks in a team environment.

Bringing Home the Dough

Performs various administrative functions on a department head level with minor supervision. Mid-level computer skills involving reporting and minor function planning required. Limited general office duties performed as needed. Requires constant interaction with his/her own work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
