Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide basic to moderately complex support, including reception, scheduling, and document management. You will relieve leadership of administrative tasks, solving office problems with discretion and ensuring workflow efficiency.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with clerical experience; an Associate's degree is preferred.

Pay Range: $24.10 - $36.15
Provides basic to moderately complex administrative support, including reception, scheduling, word processing, document distribution, and file maintenance. Relieves department leadership and other staff of administrative details, using judgment and discretion to solve office problems and expedite workflow.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required and one year of related experience. Associate's degree preferred.
Prior experience in academic healthcare setting.
