Job summary

Homes-For-Independent-Living seeks an Administrative Assistant – Regional Operations to help keep regional programs running smoothly. You will support leadership with administrative initiatives, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies while assisting with purchasing and expense management.

The role requires 2+ years in administrative or operations roles, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
  • Experience coordinating regional programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with policies and record-keeping requirements.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.
