Please be advised that the hiring process for this position is part of the Department of Health’s Hiring Innovation for Rapid Employment (HIRE) Pilot Project. Level II: $4,054 – $5,133 per month (SR-14, Step C to I)
Level III: $4,388 – $5,555 per month (SR-16, Step C to I)
These positions perform secretarial services as a primary work assignment, along with minor administrative, clerical and related services for a program manager who is involved in planning, programming, budgeting, and coordination. The Administrative Assistant acts on behalf of the manager, facilitating workflow and management controls, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: providing personal assistance to the manager or administrator, supervising and performing complex clerical work, maintaining confidential and accurate records, coordinating communications, and supporting program and organizational objectives.
