Seaford High School is seeking an Administrative Assistant I (Secretary) to support the office operations and assist administration with a variety of secretarial tasks. The role requires a high school diploma and strong clerical skills, including typing and record keeping, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling mail, assisting with student registration, attendance reporting, and preparing communications for staff, students and families.
Description: The Secretary is responsible to assist administration in maintaining the efficient and professional operation of the office and performing a variety of secretarial tasks under the direction and supervision of building or district administration of Seaford High School/Seaford School District.
Works in standard office and school building environments.
