Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. seeks an Administrative Assistant I to provide administrative and program support for the Child Welfare Management Organization Program in Florida.
The role focuses on document filing, correspondence, and frontline clerical duties to ensure efficient program operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining client files, drafting and processing documents, handling calls and referrals, and supporting staff in case planning conferences and trainings.

Purpose and Impact:
The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative and program support for Child Welfare Management Organization Program.

Physical Requirements:
Education:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Prefer progressively responsible administrative and clerical support experience in a professional office.
Skills:
Must have extensive knowledge of Windows applications, such as Microsoft Word & Excel, must be able to type 45 words per minute, must be able to set up and maintain extensive filing system and have knowledge of general office operating procedures.
Other:
Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.
