Mercyhealth is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and management staff by organizing information, coordinating communications, and serving as the contact for administrative access. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, days shift.
Primary duties include scheduling meetings, handling billing and invoicing via the portal/PMM system, preparing documents, and providing general office support for special projects and committees.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience and/or training in secretarial field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some independent judgment is required, but alternatives are limited by standard practices and procedures.
$15.60 - $23.40
