The Folsom Cordova Unified School District is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an elementary school. Under the direction of the Principal, you will perform secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties to coordinate the school office and support daily operations.
The position requires a high school equivalency and clerical experience, with emphasis on public contact. Work hours are 8 per day, five days a week, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch; pay ranges from $26.02

Under the direction of an elementary Principal performs a wide variety of secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties involved incoordinating the work of the school office; and to do related work as required.
Positions in this class receive a relatively small amount of supervision since many of the duties must be performed while the Principal is absent from the office. Frequent contact with parents, teachers and students is characteristic of these positions.
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade; and two years of responsible and varied clerical experience, preferably involving frequent public contact; or sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above.
