Job summary

Culinary Services Group (CSG) is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to support daily operations at a medium to large food service location. You will oversee data entry, daily financial entries, profitability, and contribute to achieving financial goals in your assigned area.

Collaborating with the director and management team, you will implement new culinary programs, maintain strong client relationships, and coach staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of administrative experience in food service.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
