Bohler's Melville, NY office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, providing essential administrative and project support across Long Island. This role supports managers with status updates, reports, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery.

With a focus on accuracy and discretion, you will manage records, prepare proposals, coordinate meetings and travel, and assist with submissions to outside agencies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Commitment to professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

About The Role

Bohler’s Melville, NY office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout Long Island.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready
  • Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks

Pay Transparency

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

The base pay range for this role is $22 – $28 per hour.
