ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant-1 in Mesa, Arizona.
Promote a positive resident/guest experience by building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and contributing to a welcoming, service-oriented community culture.
Act as a liaison between residents and various departments, helping resolve concerns while providing excellent customer service. Escalating issues when appropriate.
Support Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and special projects. Maintain open communications and assist Facilities Director and General Manager
Demonstrate flexibility by assisting multiple departments and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to cross train with other positions and filling in when needed.
Assist with conflict resolution by professionally helping resolve issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Spearhead seasonal rentals, stocking, bookings, payment processing, arrivals, departures, and occupancy tracking.
Process general office paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, vendor access, and calendars for front office team.
Help monitor compliance with community rules and regulations.
Run errands, including delivering various communications to guestsor residents, as needed.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
1+ year of office experience.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.
