Annual Salary: $66,301.52 - Hourly pay @ $36.43/hr

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the administrative work for SEIU Government Relations department and the Government Relations and Political Hub. The incumbent manages large quantities of materials, data, and records, and serves as lead on special projects, conferences, workshops or other specialized programs.

This position reports to the department operations manager and the incumbent works independently with minimum supervision.
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of progressive administrative experience. Equivalency: Graduation from high school or equivalent and seven (7) years of progressive administrative experience. Or, a combination of education and experience that would provide for the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Work is generally performed in an office setting, but may be required to work in other settings conducive to performing the work required to complete the assignment, such as field assignments. Long and extended hours and travel required.
