Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling travel and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain filing systems and electronic records for easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with project management tasks by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
