Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, seeks a receptionist to warmly welcome residents, families and visitors while handling calls, emails, and inquiries. This entry-level position offers training and opportunities to grow in long-term care, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

You will coordinate appointments, manage inquiries following policies, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Rate of Pay

USD $22.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Receptionist include:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
