Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a leading logistics and building materials company in Tampa. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative and organizational skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Salary: $18 - $21 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions including scheduling, answering phones, and supporting service technicians.
  • Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate documentation and workflow.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability.
  • Inventory count in stockroom (outside, not air conditioned); willing & able.
  • Strong data entry.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative support background.
  • SAP or ERP system experience a plus.
  • Light accounting experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Comfortable in an industrial environment.
  • Years of experience: 3 years; Experience level: Experienced.
