Job summary

Lincoln International, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support deal teams and executives in a hybrid in-office role, with occasional remote work.

You will manage calendars, arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses in Concur, prepare meeting materials, print and bind books, and mentor interns as needed. Strong MS Office, attention to detail, and solid communication are required; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar corporate role.
  • Minimum Associate’s Degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Concur is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Become knowledgeable of Lincoln’s business and how M&A deal processes work.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for deal teams.
  • Process expenses through Concur.
  • Set up meetings and coordinate calendars and logistics.
  • Prepare and bind books and materials as needed.
  • Support internship mentorship and other administrative duties.

Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration. Our employees work in our offices Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Become knowledgeable of Lincoln’s business and understand how a merger and acquisition deal process works
  • Become proficient in Salesforce; gain understanding of the Deal Tracker and its functionality to perform deal related tasks
    • Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contacts
    • Research companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiatives
    • Work with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals through Salesforce
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for deal teams
  • Process expenses through Concur
  • Set up meetings in and out of the office which may include breakfast and lunch arrangements
  • Print and bind books as necessary
  • Other administrative duties as needed
  • Prepare and assist with UPS/FedEx shipments
  • Strategic and tactical review calendar management and scheduling
  • Intern mentorship
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an assistant or a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Salesforce and Concur is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Additional Information:

Lincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.

The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 on an annual basis. This salary is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to eligible employees.
