Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a team, handling scheduling, correspondence, filing, and other clerical duties.

You will manage calendars, draft memos, process invoices, and maintain filing systems in a fast-paced office environment. This role is 100% in-office with standard business hours and requires strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience; commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for assigned team members.
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company standards.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and department purchase orders.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment for the team or department.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room scheduling, materials, and catering.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
