Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong customer service experience, including communicating professionally with clients by phone and email.
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience creating efficiencies, organizing workflows, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Tech savviness, with experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Lists.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks.

Position Overview

This position is internally classified as an Administrative Support Specialist. It provides operational support to the Soils & Inspections team by serving as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries and providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the inspections field staff. This role plays a vital part in maintaining communication flow, project organization, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer the main phone line and assist clients with questions, scheduling needs, and general inquiries
  • Provide support to the Soils and Inspections Administrator and the inspections field staff

Required Qualifications
