Job summary

Classes may occur at multiple campus sites, including day, evening, weekend, and online formats. The successful candidate will support recruitment and transfer articulation, maintain currency in the field, and develop curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2 years related professional experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years related professional experience.
• Credential which authorizes full-time teaching of Forestry and Natural Resources.
• Equivalent qualifications may be considered with documented proof.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full range of Sustainable Outdoor Recreation Leadership courses.
• Participate in student recruitment and articulation of transfer programs.
• Maintain subject matter currency and develop/revise curriculum.
• Use multiple teaching methodologies and assessment strategies.
