Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in social work.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical, supervisory or leadership roles for Practicum Education courses and Supervision.

• Demonstrate excellence in teaching with engaging instruction in blended/hybrid classrooms.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop effective student experiences.
• Empower students to develop competency and passion for the subject.
• Utilize technology-based teaching platforms to support student development.
• Communicate professionally and relate well with students and colleagues.
• Maintain current content knowledge and credentials in the field.
• Track student data and participate in regular data-driven planning meetings.
• Contribute to curriculum revision and continuous improvement of the UGC curriculum.
