• Assess student learning and assign grades.
• Create an effective learning environment that fosters curiosity and problem solving.
• Employ a variety of formative and summative assessments to ensure learning outcomes.
• Help students reach their academic, personal and career goals while modeling respect for diversity.
• Lead and collaborate in academic and professional communities.
• Administer courses in a mobile classroom and drive the mobile unit.
