Qualifications

• MSN required by the position.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active, current RN licensure in the applicable state (State Board of Nursing).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in alignment with program outcomes.
• Apply diverse teaching strategies to meet learner needs and content context.
• Support students in professional nursing role development and values.
• Assess and evaluate student learning across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Analyze assessment data to drive continuous improvement of courses and PSLOs.
• Design and implement program assessments to ensure quality improvements.
• Engage in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
• Maintain current nursing practice knowledge to prepare students for modern nursing practice.
• Support the college mission and values in teaching excellence and inclusivity.
• Adhere to state and accrediting body requirements as applicable.
