Qualifications

• Active, current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• MSN degree required; BSN prepared nurses may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Implement varied teaching strategies aligned with learner needs and content.
• Help students develop as nurses and embody professional values and behaviors.
• Assess and evaluate student learning across settings and domains.
• Analyze assessment data to inform continuous course improvement.
• Design and implement program assessments aligned with PSLOs and curriculum.
• Participate in professional development to strengthen faculty role.
• Maintain current knowledge to prepare students for contemporary nursing practice.
• Support the College's mission and values in all activities.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as required by state boards.
