Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, business, or closely related field.
• Academic or professional expertise relevant to the assigned course.
• Prior college-level teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a collegial and supportive environment in which all members of the University community can thrive and succeed

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned undergraduate or graduate management courses in accordance with established course objectives and academic standards.
• Create an active, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Connect management concepts and established frameworks with relevant organizational and business challenges.
• Provide students with timely feedback and maintain regular communication throughout the course.
• Collaborate with the department chair and faculty as appropriate.
• Fulfill all responsibilities associated with the assigned course
