Southern Nazarene University on the Bethany campus is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach applied low brass lessons to music majors and non-majors. The candidate will be committed to teaching excellence, innovation, and may assist with departmental ensembles.

The ideal candidate will maintain a local and regional performing profile to attract quality low brass students and work with the Director of Bands on program development and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in music as required.

• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach applied lessons in low brass (Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba).
• Collaborate with the Director of Bands on program development and recruitment.
