Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in related field required.
• Licensed Attorney (Bar Card) required.
• Experience in wills and estates preferred.
• Minimum of three years current professional experience related to teaching discipline.
• Ability to teach 1–4 hours per class session.
• Demonstrate effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze data, and read/process written information.

Responsibilities

• Teaches courses as contracted each session and proactively prepares for scheduled courses.
• Provide instructional opportunities for entire scheduled class time.
• Contribute positively to the advancement of academics through understanding the Davenport University curriculum and developing course materials.
• Use of digital learning technology including learning management system (eg. Blackboard) and other technology as required.
• Maintain records—grades, attendance, etc.—in compliance with University guidelines.
