Job summary

Palm Beach State College is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to join an open pool for Building Construction-related disciplines. Instructors deliver instruction to college students, develop curricula, assess learning, participate in program evaluation, and engage in college activities.

Minimum requirements include an Associate degree or higher, Instructor I–III certification, and state certification in the discipline.

• State certification in the discipline (to teach Building Construction, Fire Officer I or Fire Safety Inspector I).

About this role

Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. Develops discipline related curricula, assess student learning, participates in program evaluation, and college activities. Maintains college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan. Work schedule varies according to teaching assignment.Varies
