Kilgore College in Kilgore, Texas, is seeking a part-time faculty member for the Language Development department. This is a part‑time faculty position. Expectations for this position include teaching one or more English courses during daytime hours and could also include the following: teach in afternoons and/or evenings (non‑peak times) and use instructional technology in the classroom. English faculty members teach and supervise all learning experiences and evaluate student performance in the classroom.
A mastery of the English language, a commitment to excellence in teaching at the community college level, and a master’s degree or higher with a minimum of eighteen graduate hours in English are required. Preference will be given to applicants with college teaching experience.
