Job Summary

Assist with instructional delivery of courses taken by graduate program majors. Teach up to 6 hours (two 3‑hour courses) per semester. Courses focus on Building and District Level Administration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Instruction in synchronous and asynchronous online formats.
• Assessment of student learning outcomes.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership or Educational Administration.
• Minimum five years of experience as a licensed practicing administrator for teaching.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience with P‑12 leadership theory or research related to building/district level leadership.
• Experience with basic principles governing P‑12 operations.
• Knowledge of laws governing P‑12 operations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, concise, and quality communication (verbal and written) in a timely manner.
• Experience setting clear performance expectations and providing meaningful feedback.
• Experience with technology use, particularly in the P‑12 school setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in university teaching.
• Minimum three years of experience as a public school district‑level administrator.
