They should demonstrate mastery of their discipline, a deep commitment to fostering student success, persistence, and achievement, technology competencies and teaching/counseling strategies that facilitate 21st‑century literacies, and the use of resources that prepare students for productive lives.

Minimum Education

• Master's Degree in Speech, Oratory, or Communication OR
• Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Speech, Oratory, or Communication is required
• PhD preferred

Minimum Experience and Training

• Prior college teaching experience is preferred.
• The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and a commitment to teaching.
• All schedules require office hours and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.

Salary Range

$2,181.00 - $2,386.02 per month (Salary commensurate with education and experience).
