Edgewood University invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach undergraduate Anatomy and Physiology courses (Bio210 and Bio211) in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and grading assessments in lecture and lab, and coordinating alignment across sections via the Canvas LMS.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree or ABD in biology or a closely related field; a PhD is preferred. Teaching Anatomy and Physiology experience is highly desirable.

This course covers the study of structure and function of the cells, tissues, skin, skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems of the human body.
This course covers the study of structure and function of the endocrine, digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, lymphatic, urinary, and reproductive systems of the human body.
Instructors would be responsible for planning, implementing, and grading formative and summative assessments in lecture and lab. They will also be expected to work with other instructors to ensure alignment between different sections of a course. All courses are managed through an online LMS (Canvas) and instructors are expected to maintain an updated course site throughout the semester.
