Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in their field or related area.
• Adult learner teaching experience at the Master’s level.
• At least five years business experience.
• Strong communication, initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
• Cross-cultural communication and experience with diverse constituents.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in undergraduate and graduate programs as qualified and available.
• Create a learning and teaching environment aligned with SB&T objectives.
• Prepare course materials, syllabi, and assessments to meet outcomes.
• Attend faculty development and in-service meetings as requested and maintain course contact hours.
