The department of Central Academic Visual & Performing Arts seeks candidates with advanced degrees and teaching aptitude to deliver coursework such as Digital Audio Music Production and Live Sound Reinforcement.

Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Music, OR Master’s Degree and 18 graduate credit hours in Music and demonstrated ability to teach coursework in the specified area (such as but not limited to: Digital Audio Music Production, Live Sound Reinforcement, Mixing and Mastering) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Music Technology or related field and 2 or more years of work experience in area(s) being taught.
Minimum Experience/Training: Prior college teaching experience is preferred. The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and a commitment to teaching. All schedules require office hours, and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.
