Required Qualifications

• Earned master’s degree in Education, Reading, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
• A current Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with an English Learner Authorization
• Commitment to and experience working with diverse student populations including English learners
• A minimum of three years of successful elementary or middle school teaching experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to work with adults
• Effective communication and organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate in Education or related field
• Teaching experience in an urban setting
