Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Intermediate French (FREN C-2201-010) at the Main Campus for Fall 2026. The schedule is Mondays and Wednesdays 1:00 PM to 2:50 PM. The instructor will plan courses, deliver instruction in multiple formats, and assess student progress.

Minimum qualification is MA in French or related field with 18 graduate credits in French. Remote teaching capability and access to personal technology are required; stipend-based positions.

• Fall 2026: instructor for FRENC-2201-010 Intermediate French I at Main Campus, 08/24/2026-12/16/2026, Mondays and Wednesdays 01:00PM - 02:50PM.
• Ability to teach remotely with technology; online/virtual teaching experience preferred.
• Access to personal technology and home computer to teach online.
• These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as, face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.

Fall 2026: we need an instructor for FRENC-2201-010 Intermediate French I, which will be taught at our Main Campus from 08/24/2026-12/16/2026 on Mondays and Wednesdays 01:00PM - 02:50PM.
