Primary responsibilities for this position are developing and teaching undergraduate nutrition courses based on the candidate’s credentials and expertise (potential areas include food production, cultural foods, foodservice management, sports nutrition, or community nutrition).
Candidates should hold an M.S. in nutrition, food science, or a related area, or be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian. A Ph.D. is preferred, as is undergraduate teaching experience.
