Job summary

Wingate University is seeking part-time, adjunct teaching candidates for History. Courses are primarily taught in-person on the main campus. Ideal candidates hold a master's degree or higher and have college teaching experience.

Position Summary:

Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part time, adjunct teaching positions in the areas below. These part time positions will primarily teach in-person classes on our main campus unless otherwise specified.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in the History discipline
• Regular, predictable attendance on campus(for in-person classes)
• Alignment with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap
• Other jobduties/responsibilitiesmay be assigned

Education and Experience

Ideal candidates will have a master's degree or higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience. Experience with Google Workspace applications and Canvas preferred.
