Responsibilities

• Temporary/nontenured faculty are appointed to teach one to four courses per semester based on student demand.
• Eligibility for annual reappointment is contingent upon satisfactory annual performance evaluations, continuity of funding, and departmental need.
• Successful candidates may teach at the San Marcos and Round Rock campuses and/or online, depending on the needs of the department.
