Job summary

Skills designing with an eye for aesthetics through projects, critiques, and the study of popular culture are essential elements of this program. Faculty will demonstrate technical proficiency and creative development using real-world skills such as media integration, advertising, and branding.Adjunct Faculty ensure excellence in teaching skills and classroom content. They support the Course Director’s curriculum vision and direction and assist with lecture and administrative responsibilities as assigned. They ensure personal service to students and maintain continuing education as defined in the faculty development plan. This position is part time working no more than 20 hours per week, on-campus or online and must be resident in the state of Florida.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create an environment of learning through effective teaching skills, maintain student-centered focus, and stay current with relevant industry standards.Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and encourage active learning.Perform lectures for campus courses, and hold scheduled virtual course meetings for online courses.
