Job summary

Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College seeks adjunct faculty to support clinical education on the Washington University Medical Campus in St. Louis.

The role involves teaching in labs, simulations, orientation, clinical and classroom settings, using technology to enhance learning and assessing student performance. Goldfarb School of Nursing is located on the Washington University Medical Campus in St. Louis and is affiliated with Barnes-Jewish Hospital, with a second site at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Adjunct faculty members accommodate the mission of the college in accordance with academic and regulatory standards through an assigned function in clinical settings to meet student enrollment supplementing regular faculty positions. Each faculty member is responsible for fulfilling and sustaining the duties and functions specified by the course leader or program director under the direction of the appropriate Assistant Dean. Certificate of completion or proof of CFA registration from the Missouri Hospital Association (MHA) Clinical Faculty Academy (CFA) is required. Must be enrolled in an MSN Program OR have 5+ years of RN experience and letter of support from current manager.
