Qualifications

• Master's Degree with concentration in Economics or related field.
• Must demonstrate Morton College core values: Compassion, Equity, Accountability, Innovation, Excellence.
• Experience teaching at a college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Principles of Economics I & II to a diverse student population.
• Deliver course materials utilizing approved syllabus and textbooks.
• Submit personalized syllabus to Deans’ Office one week before start date.
• Distribute and review course syllabus with students during first week.
• Maintain grade book and attendance records.
• Respond to emails from students and staff in a timely manner while classes are in session.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
