Job summary

PennWest seeks qualified instructors for the Digital Media Technology program. The California campus or online delivery will be used to teach courses in this temporary pool. Instructors may be full- or part-time depending on enrollment and department needs.

Required: Master’s degree in Digital Media Technology or related field (or a Bachelor’s with 3 years of applicable experience). Preference for candidates with graduate degrees and teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Education / Training: Master’s degree in Digital Media Technology or closely related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Technology with at least 3 years of field experience directly using the content of the course(s).
• Preferred Qualifications: graduate degree in Digital Media Technology or closely related field and teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses within the Digital Media Technology program at PennWest, California campus or online classes.
• Instructors are needed for online and face-to-face delivery; cooperation in collecting assessment data is expected.
• Positions are contingent upon enrollment and may be full or part-time depending on departmental needs.
