Job summary

Aims Community College invites applications for a faculty position to teach science courses at the Greeley and surrounding campuses in Colorado. The faculty member will deliver courses in biology and anatomy/physiology and contribute to program development and curriculum review.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 12 graduate credits in content-specific courses; graduate-level coursework in anatomy and physiology required.
• Coursework specific to anatomy and physiology required.
• Experience teaching college-level courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach assignments across science courses as per candidate area of expertise.
• Assist in program/curriculum evaluation, articulation, revision and development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Assist with evaluation and selection of textbooks and other resource materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chair and Academic Dean.
