Develops and implements lesson plans that meet program standards and instructional objectives. Demonstrates the use of appropriate teaching techniques, instructional materials, and technology. Prepares, administers, and grades examinations and assignments. Maintains accurate student attendance, academic records, and other required documentation. Evaluates student progress and provides academic advisement and guidance. Ensures that course content and instructional activities are consistent with established curriculum standards and college policies. Maintains a positive learning environment that promotes student success. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Day and evening classes may be available based on instructional needs.Education Requirements:An associate degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university with verifiable credentials, qualifications, or competencies appropriate for teaching the assigned course content is required.
