Qualifications
- Engineering students in sophomore or junior year eligible.
- Basic understanding of adhesives and adhesion principles is a plus.
- Strong lab skills and ability to handle chemicals safely.
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience on independent projects in the Application Center that impact customer solutions.
- Conduct and optimize lab test methods to evaluate properties of adhesive products.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment such as viscometers, tensile testers, 3D printers, and small-scale packaging lines.
- Collect, record and analyze experimental data; help prepare reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative adhesive solutions for packaging and labeling.
- Participate in professional development, networking events and mentorship programs to build skills.
