Job summary

Source Consulting Group is a premier consulting firm focusing on legal and professional services. We seek a BA-level accountant with ERP experience to lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Aderant Expert and Sierra workflows in a dynamic client environment.

You will train client staff, coordinate UAT, and ensure project timelines and quality across engagements. Strong communication, detail, and multi-project management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Degree (or higher) with a Major in Accounting, preferably.
• 2+ years auditing, consulting or within legal or professional service industries.
• 2+ years working with Aderant applications (including Cloud version).
• 2+ years training, implementing, or configuring Aderant applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attentive to detail, achieving deliverables to target deadlines and specifications.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually; U.S. work eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on deployment and optimization of Aderant Expert, Aderant Sierra, and ERP solutions.
• Guide clients on configuration and best practices.
• Train client staff on modules of the application.
• Guide and assist with client user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Interface with client/vendor/Source personnel to ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Adapt to projects of varying complexity and size; juggle multiple at once.
• Provide testing scripts, development specs, and report specs during implementations.
• Assist clients with practice management and financial system selections.
• Perform best-practice reviews in billing, NBI, AP, GL, HR, and more.
