Job summary

Intek Plastics Group seeks an experienced Additive Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 3D Printing operations. You will oversee production, develop your team, ensure quality, and help deliver innovative manufacturing solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities include leading daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals; coaching the Additive Manufacturing team; coordinating schedules and customer projects; reviewing drawings and project requirements; driving Lean and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong production, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing is a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
